The set is getting nicer 🙂 Jacket is a second item, just after pants, that comes as a reward in a mission chain from Turrelion Tailor.
To start the mission chain u got to complete the Ultimate noob challange, then comes 20k kills of any Cyrene mob for pants, and 30k kills of any Cyrene mob for the jacket. Next are boots that are the reward after 40k kills… it will take a while 😛
